Yep, but not enabled by default.

Generally, I wouldn't discuss the development release on the
lubuntu-users list and would confine that to the lubuntu-devel list
since the development release could be in all sorts of states of broken.
I would also not expect stability from it.

This may because you had a program crash. Look in /var/crash. If there's
anything there, you can just run `ubuntu-bug` against it. After that,
make sure you delete anything in there otherwise you'll get the same
harassing messages.
