[lubuntu-users] About sysv-rc-conf services tool

Setup:
A newish install of lubuntu, as guest in vbox vm, hosted on a
solaris-11 host running openindiana (illumos-based)

lubuntu-17.10
Virtualbox - 5.2.6

With the default (as installed) /etc/apt/sources.list in place, using
`aptitude' (similar to apt-get), I'm unable to find the application
`sysv-rc-conf' on any of the servers.

aptitude search sysv-rc-conf shows no hits.

Even a wider search using just `sysv-' returns only a few python pkgs
that have that string in them.

`sysv-rc-conf is a very handy services and runlevel manager that I am
accustomed to using.

Are there other repos or pkg servers I can add to my sources.list that
might have that particular tool?

It used to be available on ubuntu pkg servers.

It is available on sourceforge.net... but I'm a little hesitant to try
to install it since it has apparently been removed from ubuntu pkg
servers for some reason.
