[lubuntu-users] error unexpectedly disconnected from boot status daemon

Good Afternoon,

After installing Lubuntu 14.4 LTS 64 bit on a Toshiba Satellite P200D. I get an error on boot up that says "error unexpectedly disconnected from boot status daemon"

I no longer see the normal boot screen. The only modification I made was to install the ATI binary package for the graphics card. The system does boot up after the error message.

Any help with this error message would be greatly appreciated.
