Hi Tan,
I have not used OracleVM either. However the help documentation here:-
https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch01.html#idp52255504
suggests that you start the OracleVM program, then use a wizard to
create a virtual machine and install the operating system (Ubuntu in
your case). We shall have to wait for another member of this mailing
list who has experience of OracleVM to reply with a specific answer.
Please note that you will have to use the 64bit Ubuntu ISO for the
virtual machine as the Lubuntu ISO that you have downloaded is 32bit and
will probably not run SPDlib.
