polkit problem

Hi, I got a polkit problem on a clean install of lubuntu 14.04 x86
after upgrade on login i am greeted by this popup
 title: Error
texr: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1.Error.Failed: An
authentication agent already exists for the given subject
if I press valid, all the indicators icons reload and then the popup come back
I only have libpolkit-agent-1-0 , libpolkit-backend-1-0, libpolkit-gobject-1-0
no keychain are installed
and no error are in syslog
pulseaudio got removed (it was not working ...)
so I am clueless about what caused this
