Windows XP replacement games: Penguin Spider?

Hi, all.

I'm honing my Windows XP replacement recipe and am well aware that lots 
of people love those simple games that have traditionally been included 
with Windows.

I see that Lubuntu 13.10 included the Penguin Spider suite, which 
installed Penguin Canfield, Freecell, Golf, Mastermind, Merlin, 
Minesweeper, Pegged, Solitaire, Spider, Taipei, Thornq.

On the face of it that looks like a good lineup.

I have a note that I have also installed X Solitaire, which is like 
Klondike.

But I see that 14.04 not only does not include any games, but Penguin 
Spider and X Solitaire are not even in the standard repos.

Explanations?  Suggestions?
