getting rid of iBus?

[Rafael Laguna]

Metapackages like lubuntu-desktop (or ubuntu-desktop) ensure complete and
global updates. Some packages may depend on it. But more important are some
configuration files, that aren't updated with individual package upgrades.
So, please, don't remove it.
