usb-creator-gtk was the first thing that I tried, failing that, I
found http://askubuntu.com/questions/232775/making-a-12-10-bootable-usb-drive-usb-creator-gtk-fails-with-a-seg-fault,

So I tried, "sudo usb-creator-gtk --allow-system-internal", but it was
still not working either. Can't remember what's the symptoms are now.
That's why I preferred manual steps on command line in OP.

Will try again... Thanks.
