Disable MPT

Hi guys. I have some machines with users who want charge your cell 
phones without any other use.

When they put those phones have a message telling something like "MTP 
device 00:00:00:83:33:00 is not recognized"

Is there any way to get off this "feature" ?

I'm using Lubuntu 14.04
