apt-get : The following signatures couldn't be verified

The address is below, it is se.archive.ubuntu.com but also occurs with
fi.archive.ubuntu.com.  This is with the latest version of Saucy B2,
updated yesterday.  Saucy has been freezing up on me from time to time
and some of the freezes have happened while using APT, so it's possible
that something is now broken.
