[Start Lubuntu] Road Map/Master Plan - version 1.0

The ubuntu spins are Linux systems. It is just a different form of it. Even
if we did leave out the word linux, the users will hear about it anyway.

I think for now, we are just introducing ubuntu. Once the users are
comfortable with the system then we can dig deep into the heart of it,
which is "LINUX"
