Yes it is very important that people be encouraged to take advantage of
this lead time before work starts on 14.04 LTS.

This lead time will 1) help them prepare for the change over, 2) give
time to get familiar with Lubuntu, 3) give time to try a pilot project
or two, and 4) give time to possibly fix one or two things in Lubuntu
before LTS hits.
