Now that 13.04 is released, it might be time to pick this up again:

Some things to address will be getting Lubuntu out to the mainstream
magazines and newspapers to hopefully get coverage.  Some have already
had small pieces about GNU/Linux, a big step would be to have a review
or other coverage of Lubuntu.  Not needing to buy new hardware should be
one major selling point for Lubuntu.
