Thank you so much for taking the time to read my email and reply, you made
my day :)

What I'm suggesting is simply having an out-of-the-box working 'minimum'
Lubuntu System with the least basic packages only (Browser +
PCManFM+lightdm+other needed packages) so that the type of users who are
looking for such option don't really have to do anything but to download
and install :)

So, I guess you are right but I thought it is better to explain further :)

Yes, that is why I'm suggesting to have one if possible, of course.

Yes, it means extra work but IMHO, that could be useful and no, I have no
data as of now. We can obtain such if needed and I can do it.

The use case, IMHO, would be:

1- Offer an option for people who just need a working system and they can
build it by adding the packages they want but it is not really like
installing Ubuntu mini ISO, it is a bit different as the basic Lubuntu
Packages or Lubuntu Core [1] will be installed by default.

2- Last time I have checked (was a year or so, can't remember), the RAM
Usage was LESS. This will be very helpful for really old machine and I'm
not asking for a version that can be installed and expect to work on P2
with 64MB just like my machine [2], I'm talking about say P3 with 256MB RAM
or less. P2 with 64MB? you CAN *install* but you can NOT use. I have tested
that and the system is not usable.

These are the main two use case in my mind as of now.
As for how many, as I mentioned, I can check this out.

If you mean by "just do it" is to 'test' it, then I don't mind, this is
what I'm doing right now while typing this :)
If you mean by "just do it" is to 'create that ISO', then I'm not the right
one for this, that is on the first place why I'm sending these emails :D
