Chromium Stable test version

Hi,

After a long time where Alex Shkop was the only provider of a 'stable
testing version', Chad Miller has made the time in his busy schedule to
bring that area back under the 'Canonical' banner. The launchpad page says
everything[1]. If you'd like to help out, please add the PPA (It can be
trusted) and do let Chad know if you find any bugs. Further information on
PPA's can be found on the wiki area[2].
