YouTube, Video Editing & Voice Recording

Hi,

The subject says it all. I'm looking for someone with video editing skills
and has some experience with YouTube. Also, looking for someone who has
some experience with recording voices, etc.

I do have some skills with all of that but not sure what is the best
applications/program to be used, etc.

I'm also looking for some applications/programs which can record (voice
and/or video) from Skype.

Obviously, I'm trying to put some content on our new channel on YouTube[1]
and I do need some help :)
