Keeping the sub-teams active and up-to-date

You read my mind. I was JUST about to send an email regarding this :)

Sad but true, NO ONE knows who is managing these Twitter Account.
I'm going to wait for few days and if NO ONE will reply saying: "hey, I do
have the access over this account and this account (twitter.com/xxxx) is
official" , I'm going to create a new account and whoever is ready to be an
admin of that account, do let me know :)
