A few Lubuntu Menu things...

I think it will be a per app basis, unless we can simply have a script
that automatically converts icons for each installed program to be the
right size showing in the menu, or to limit the menu to only display
items in a certain size.  That would be the best way to fix this, but I
am not extremely well versed in bash, nor do I know much about the menu
update script that currently runs when an app is installed.
If anyone knows anything about either of these items, it would be very
helpful to have more info.
