Beta 1 - QA

Hi folks,

I forgot to mention on my last email that the Quality Assurance testing of
the Beta 1 is now being carried out [1]. The more people who test, the
fuller the results. One very welcome change recently added is that bugs are
carried over when an iso is re-spun (re made to fix a serious bug). The
Beta 1 release is due Thursday evening (GMT), 6th Sept, so please do help
out. As usual, the time window for this important stage is short.
