ARM architecture

Hi folks,

there has been a request made to the -release team to spin an ARM iso for
lubuntu owing to the fact some ARM machines cannot cope with 'full blown'
ubuntu. (Quite a coup, for them to immediately think of us!). Whilst it
will be the ARM community team doing the testing and the -release team
'looking after it'. The iso is now on the tracker[1], if you, or friends,
have access to ARM - please do dive in and test.
