Connecting to the internet and keyring

Please could someone look at this thread (
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2073872) which is about how the
internet drops repeatedly and the keyring authentication pops up each time
even though settings are to "allow all users". This is with Lubuntu 12.10.
If there's a bug could you please post its link.
