How to Turn Off Changing Desktops When Scrolling Touchpad in Lubuntu12.04 ?

Hi,
I continue to ask for support.
lubuntu-rc.xml is different in 12.04 and the file has no documentation -
the xml is not self-documenting IMHO.
This "feature" is deadly on a laptop touchpad.
Forget then I'll figure it out...
