How to Turn Off Changing Desktops When Scrolling Touchpad in Lubuntu12.04 ?

Hi,

This is not what I'm looking for can anyone help?

When I scroll along the right side of my laptop touchpad focused in an
open desktop the desktops change from 1 to 2 and visa-vera. When I'm in
the middle of doing something and this accidentally happens I begin to
pull my hair out - I really hate this action.

I am looking for a way to shut this off and only have desktop changing
via the panel or by selection in a window's top border w/right click.
But *not* by the scrolling in the touchpad.

There unfortunately is no GUI to adjust this in Lubuntu but there is a
config file where I can edit text and probably comment out the lines.

Please tell me were in the file? How? The text file syntax has changed
slightly since I last did this. I thought someone would know. But I can
backup the file and experiement until it's turned off i guess...

This option is really nasty on a laptop and IMHO it should be an optio
of a Lubuntu GUI.

Thanks.
