Lubuntu Software Center - MenuLibre

I followed this argument, installed menulibre (in 12.10, a bit
arkwarded since there seems to be only a 12.04 vers in the ppa (?) )
to try it out. But i don't see there any tool to twickle the structure
of the menu itself. I mean the topics under which the single are shown
(topic=Accessories e.g. where the the application Leafpad e.g. is
shown.

Now, my question: Is there such tool (beside alacarte which needs
nearly all gnome ;-( ) which works with lubuntu/lxde (as far as i
remember the related files in lxde and lubuntu have different places)?
