Screen refresh while scrolling

Hi Lee,
linux and nVidia are not 'best friends' [1]. Head over to the multimedia
[2] people, they are better placed to answer such questions. If you cannot
find an answer in their FAQ and want to raise a new question, please do use
the lubuntu tag[3] so that people know you are using lubuntu. In your case
it may not be really needed, but it does stop someone expecting you to have
'vanilla' ubuntu installed.
