How to not show window contents when drag and resize ?

Under Main Menu and Preferences there is Openbox Configuration Manager. 
Open this program and select the Move & Resize tab along the left hand 
side. The first checkbox is "Update the windows contents while 
resizing". Uncheck that box and the change will take immediate effect.
