I'm on ArchLinux at the moment, using pulseaudio too, so there are only
two channels. I haven't already implemented, but the list will be
scrollable, so the rows problem should be partially solved. I don't
think there is need for a menu, but if yes, i will definitively go for
the Elementary-style toolbar with appmenu.
