The intention is not using Elementary anymore, but having our own theme.
It's a nice idea that we include the High Contrast themes in Lubuntu for
those who not only have small screens, but for those who can't see as
well as other people.  The Box theme will work as the actual one, but I
want to mention that glyphs (16 or 22 pixel icons) will be
monochromized, something like Faenza did.

This will solve the contrast experience and make it "wallpaper" safe
(now some will understand why I'm suggesting "neutral" walls, not
overbloated ones).
