Yes and yes.

The icon theme is going slowly (I'm too perfectionist, every pixel must in
his right place). I'm planning release it before Quantal UI freeze.

The LightDM thing... welk, let's see how Wayland grows. Anyway a new
dedicated theme would be nice, I don't know which engine will be used
(possibly the actual one).
