I count four or so resignations in recent mail. I'm sad to see that for a lot of reasons, but especially, because before things came to a head, on the outside it looked like the project was running well. It may be useful to have some of the factors out in the open so that the problems can be either ameliorated or prevented from recurring. Regards, /Lars
