If you mean that you want to install Xubuntu and Ubuntu-server, you
can do this, by opening terminal and writing "sudo apt-get install
xubuntu-desktop" (without the "quotes") and pressing enter and writing
"y" and pressing enter when it asks it.
You already have Ubuntu-server installed as it's just Ubuntu without
any graphical user interfaces.
