Default images viewer for 12.10

Just to add another viewer to the mix for possible consideration, how
about flphoto? There are few dependencies in it, and along with
viewing the most common formats (jpg, png, bmp), it also views raw
camera data.

Of the other choices mentioned, Ristretto would be a good choice if
Viewnior isn't available.

Another option would be to take the code of pornview, update it, and retitle it.
