Default images viewer for 12.10

I give a +1 to Eye of Gnome.

The package plus dependencies are only 5 MB in total.

Since Eye of Gnome is default in Ubuntu we can benefit from a very large
group of users testing and reporting bugs, unlike Viewnior, which is likely
to be isolated in the future. Let's try to get some 'economies of scale'.
