UI polishing

In the contrary, I moved most of the widgets from pcmanfm to libfm and to
keep them reusable.
Those widgets are meant to be used by other programs as well, such as the
desktop panel (lxpanel2), and someone can even develop a two-pane file
manager with it later. I know that keeping all the things in one single
program is easier, but we'll benefit from the separation later once things
get stable.
A gtk3 port is welcomed. I did not do it since I want to fix existing bugs
first.
My laptop is broken last week and was fixed and sent back to me yesterday.
I'll start working on it again tonight.
Cheers!
