I can not speak or read French so I am not sure exactly what's wrong.

In commit 9097acc0 "Gestionnaire de fichiers" was replaced by "Ouvrir
dans le gestionnaire de fichiers", this was in response to Debian Bug
#621770[1]. That was released as 0.9.9.
Since then someone has been logged in to Pootle and changed the string
to "Gestionnaire de fichiers". That person has however failed to click
the "commit to vcs" link in Pootle and thus the change is ONLY available
at the Pootle server and would not make it to a release of PCManFM if it
wasn't me doing the release (as I am also the Pootle admin and I know
these things...).
