curl doesn't run, only partial update available in update manager...

I saw curl being pulled in earlier. Do be aware that the servers get
synched at different times. It does cause issues, the safest bet is not to
accept a partial update but allow the servers to get all the 'new' stuff
all ready. http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1479146 has all the ins
and outs on it.
