Financial Support for Lubuntu

Do we have a ubuntu-hosted site? Financial support is a good idea, but
where the money will go? i mean, if we don't have to pay a hosting for
the isos and the site, who should take the donations and how should
he/she use them? buy old PCs to test lubuntu on?
