Changing keyboard layouts is possible!

For Multiple Keyboard Layouts, that will be very helpful but for two only,
it works out of the box already except you just need to choose the 2nd
layout if needed during the installation.

What I'm trying to explain here, one can already choose two keyboard
layouts during installation and after that, he/she can change the hotkey
for switching the layout. For Multiple layouts, that app/package will be
very useful IMHO :)

Lubuntu 12.04 will be interesting release and I'm glad to see more features
day by day. Good job everyone :)
