Langunge and hardware support

Dear Lubuntu team!

I'm considering installing Lubuntu on HP-Pavilion zt3000 laptop - (Intel Pentium M, 1600 MHz processor, 512 MB RAM, Fujitsu MHT2060DAT PL, 60 GB HD).

Before doing so, I would like to get the answer that I couldn't find on Lubuntu webpage for the following questions:
1. What language versions Lubuntu is available in?
2. If I install English version, will it support Polish and Norwegian keyboard layout?
3. Is there driver available for Canon Laser Shot LBP-1120 printer?
4. Is there available Skype version for Lubuntu OS
