The easiest way to determine what specifications to aim at is to just
work out what the minimum requirements are to run the official,
generic Lubuntu ISO. Anyone going out of their way to use alternate or
mini ISOs are surely going to know their way around systems better and
more likely to be able to judge what programs suit their needs better.

So what are the requirements (CPU wise it now needs PAE, what's the
minimum with PAE? RAM wise, how is Ubiquity these days?) for a
generic, official Lubuntu ISO?
