I have changed the 'Using' page. Is it better now?

The hardware requirements are a sensitive subject. One mans "usable system
running at acceptable speed" is another mans "good-for-nothing". Let's not
go deeply into this now.

The focus of the web site is helping beginners to take their first step
into Lubuntu. News regarding testing and development will be added later,
but it will not receive any prominent space on the front page.

Good point about the non-streaming Twitter stream.

Will keep a note regarding the colours, thanks.
