Openbox Improvement

Hey folks, it's been a while :)

I've suggested this on openbox:

Maybe someone on the lubuntu team is willing to jump in there since it will
improve Lubuntu performance a lot (i'm taking for reference to say this the
function in metacity or windows xp that improves a lot system performance)

Thoughts?
