Hi Tanio,
from reading http://www.ubuntu.com/aboutus/trademarkpolicy You will need to
apply for a licence if you wish to register lubuntu.it. Details are on that
link. There is already a site http://ubuntu.it/ so it may be easier to
contact them about setting up a section for Lubuntu. Also the Italian LoCo
(Local Community team) can be found via
http://loco.ubuntu.com/teams/ubuntu-it I'm sure the LoCo team will welcome
you.
