Clipboard Manager - Time to report it :)

Hello Rafael,

As you may know, NOT everyone on the mailing list. Most users are not
members of this list. Thus, IMHO, a Wiki Page to explain the whole process
of voting, how to vote, why, etc and then choose one channel for such
thing. For example:

There are lots of discussions about replacing Chromium with Firefox and

Again why a Wiki Page? so someone else like me would never need to start
such discussion on the mailing list and receive the same comments :)
This will save everyone's time, IMHO :)

Apparently and obviously everyone is quite busy to write a guidelines for
many processes but I'm sure a Wiki Page is much easier to write and
maintain.

Thoughts?
