Clipboard Manager - Time to report it :)

I remember the poll, not much time ago, on this mailing list (well, the
old one) and voters can push a +1 or a -1 to any suggestion. It was
quick but I still remember it. Maybe you weren't here at that point.
But there will be more polls when a new app appears, like what happened
with GucView, that was voted over Cheese.
