LxLauncher Rewrite

@Michael, you need to install libmenu-cache-dev

I mean, LxLauncher automatically adapt itself to the screen, you can 
choose the columns number and the buttons size, why make it use only a 
little part of the screen? what do you need the other part for? (this 
can be misunderstanded: since lxlauncher is always below, all the open 
windows are visible when lxlauncher is on).
RLxLauncher (i will call the Rewrite in this way) aims to act exactly 
like LxLauncher does now.
Obviously comments, feedbacks and mockups (i love'em) are always 
appreciated.
