Incomplete shutdown on some LTSP clients (shutdown hangs/freezes)

Hi John,

I've asked on the ltsp team. I do not think it is a lubuntu issue, nor an
edubuntu one, but a generic issue.

I have cc'd this to the guy who looks after general QA, I'm sure that he
will chase it up for you.
