LTS.CONF seems missing - standard file location?

I just found this statement:

"LTSPv5 does not require an lts.conf file at all, and will use sane 
defaults to create a secure stateless desktop."

So it seems that Lubuntu probably does not create an LTS.CONF file by 
default.
