LTS.CONF seems missing - standard file location?

I just checked an Edubuntu LTSP server I also have set up for testing,
and I find LTS.CONF in /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386 as expected.
So the question remains about Lubuntu's handling of this, though I have
created and edited /var/lib/tftpboot/ltsp/i386/lts.conf and the system
seems to be responding, at least for disabling SSH sessions. (I'm still
troubleshooting why my NBD Swap enable settings don't seem to be
effective, but that's another thread.)
