Lubuntu 12.04 is released

ok... weird decision IMHO.

I managed to install Lubuntu (or Ubuntu) through Wubi, downloading Wubi
installer from ubuntu site and leaving inserted the *buntu cd (otherwise it
would download it, but i haven't tried...)
